Mobile Adoption Van

Thanks to a generous supporter, SAFE operates a custom Mobile Pet Adoption Van that transports adoptable pets to events across the community. This allows us to connect more animals with loving families in a comfortable, low-stress environment.

Transport to the Northeast

While pet overpopulation is common in the South, many areas in the Northeast have a shortage of adoptable pets. SAFE partners with rescues in the Northeast and regularly transports pets to forever homes and partner shelters.

Volunteer drivers make long, meaningful journeys that change lives — both for the animals and the families who adopt them.

The Sanctuary at Hollister

At SAFE, we believe every dog deserves compassion — even those who are elderly, special-needs, or not adoptable. The Sanctuary at Hollister provides a peaceful, loving home where these dogs can live out their lives in comfort and companionship.

Visitors are welcome, and our Sanctuary residents and volunteers are always happy to say hello.
