S.A.F.E. Pet Rescue Adoption/Foster Application

Requirements: Must be 21 yrs of age · Must have valid I.D. w/ current address · Everyone in the home must agree.

Processing: Applications may take up to 24 hours for approval.

Important: A home inspection may be required · A legally binding contract will be required.

Adoption Donation (what it covers)

Puppies (8 wks–6 mo) & Pure bred dogs: $325
Small breed adults: $300
American mix breeds (7 mo–7 yrs): $250
Long term dogs: $100
Cats: $50 · Kittens: $125
